After the lovely Beth and Liam booked me in to photograph their wedding day I were really excited to hear that they also wanted to have one of my pre-wedding shoots too!
I always love these shoots as they’re a great fun way for us to get know each other and it makes couples feel much more relaxed about their wedding day once they experience what my style is like.
Just like my approach to photographing weddings, there’s no cheese involved with these shoots! It’s much more about having a walk, chatting through some of your wedding plans, and when we find the lovely light and the right spot, I capture some photos in a nice and chilled out way. This approach is how the photos below come to be. No awkward posing necessary!
A few weeks before this shoot I’d passed Brimham Rocks while on my way back from the Dales. The sun was setting and lighting up the rocks in such an awesome way that I just knew I had to add it to the top of my list of shoot locations!
Beth and Liam were so great! Despite being a little nervous about the idea of such a shoot they were true naturals from the beginning. That's all I ever want too, you to just be yourselves whilst I capture the shots.
Check out the photos below and let me know if you’d like to book one in.
Can't wait for the wedding!
What a lovely couple they are!
