Booking and payment
A £500 booking deposit and signed agreement secures your date.
The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding.

I photograph what is naturally happening, step in when direction is useful, and keep the pace of the day feeling easy. Group photos are handled calmly and efficiently. Portraits are gently guided, so you feel comfortable, relaxed, and never left wondering what to do.

Send over your date, venue, and a little bit about the wedding you’re planning.
Video call
If I’m available on your wedding date, we’ll arrange a relaxed 20–30 minute video call to talk through the day and see if it feels like the right fit.
Pencil hold
After the call, I pencil your date for five days while you make your decision.
Book in
Your date is secured with a signed agreement and a £500 booking deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding.

I photograph weddings throughout England, Wales and Scotland, as well as selected destination weddings in Europe.
For Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and European weddings, I’ll put together a clear quote based on the plans for the day.
European wedding coverage starts from £3,000.

How do we book?

How long is the video call?
Usually around 20–30 minutes. It’s a relaxed chance to talk through the day, ask any questions, and make sure it feels like the right fit.
How many images will we receive?
A preview gallery of around 50 images is delivered within 24 hours.
The full gallery includes 500+ edited images and is delivered within eight weeks.
Do you take group photos?
Yes, absolutely. I’ll help you get through them swiftly, keep everyone organised, and make sure they look great.
Do you do couple portraits?
Yes. Couple portraits are a really important part of the day for me.
I keep them relaxed, conversational and gently guided, so you feel confident in front of the camera without it feeling staged or overly posed. You won’t be left wondering what to do — I’ll guide you enough to make it feel easy, while still keeping the photographs natural.
Do you photograph weddings outside Yorkshire?
Yes. I photograph weddings throughout England, Wales and Scotland, as well as selected destination weddings in Europe.
For Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and European weddings, I’ll put together a clear quote based on the plans for the day.
How many weddings do you photograph each year?
I take on a maximum of 35 weddings each year.
